Sulfo are equipped to repack your product from bulk into a wide variety of packaging, including 25kg kegs, 200kg Drums, IBCs.
Projects have involved filling 5 litre kegs from IBCs in line with customer’s guidelines, Tanker Deliveries decanted into IBCs, IBCs into 200kg DRUMS.
We currently have several reactors manufactured in 316 Stainless Steel & glass lined, all of which can be heated by Steam, with our 316 pressure vessel reactors also having the option of Hot Oil Heating for further control, up to 260°C!
All our vessels are connected into fume scrubbers & monitored throughout production including data logging & daily weather recording to be inline with all Environmental Requirements.
We have commissioned a bespoke, cold blending plant to include cooling ability to 2 off 10 tonne 316 mixers & 2 off 2.5 tonne non-cooling plastic mixers.
We are constantly improving the efficiency of our existing equipment, looking at ways to reduce our environmental impact and energy use.
Sulfo Surfactants purchase commodity chemicals in bulk for use in their own in house manufacturing processes, and can be offered to customers at competitive prices in smaller pack sizes and bulk.
